Steven McEvoy
Founder
Next Real Development was founded by Steven McEvoy, a Virginia Peninsula commercial real estate professional with an interest in development, business and the growth of the communities that make up the region.
Through NRD, Steven researches and shares local development activity, commercial real estate news and educational content while continuing to build relationships with property owners, investors, developers and businesses throughout the Peninsula.
Steven is a licensed Virginia real estate salesperson affiliated with Equity Exchange Real Estate.
